The reds are Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Rosé, Petit Verdot, Cliffield (a red blend), and Javine, a coffee and chocolate infused red that is a nod to the owner’s Jackson’s Java coffee shops in Charlotte. The tasting room includes Jackson’s espresso and coffee paired with food items.

Stone Ashe Vineyard
With a shared vision in 2010, Craig and Tina Little started to imagine an estate vineyard similar to those of the great growing regions of France. So began their story to pursue a second lifelong passion: grape growing and winemaking. After successful primary careers in dentistry, they turned their attention to finding the correct vineyard site. As part of our evolution, the vineyard is becoming a family affair, and we invite you to stop by and become part of our story as we continue our strive for innovation and devotion throughout this exciting journey.

Souther Williams Vineyards
The current property is 35 acres of which 8 acres are currently under vine with another 5 acres planned for future development.  The vineyard consists of approximately 6000 plants with over 1250 posts and 200,000 feet of trellis wire.

Our current grape varietals which originate from Austria, Eastern Europe, Germany, and Russia are primarily cooler climate varietals growing at higher altitudes with shorter growing seasons.  They include three whites Gruner Veltliner, Riesling and Vidal Blanc along with five reds Cynthiana (Norton), Blaufrankish (Lemberger), Regent, Saperavi, and Cabernet Franc with approximately one acre planted of each varietal.    At full production in 2022 we expect to produce 1500 -2000 cases per year from our boutique winery.

Sawyer Springs Vineyard
Sawyer Springs Vineyard & Winery is a family-owned and operated vineyard in the AVA Crest of Blue Ridge Henderson County. For over six generations, our family has cultivated fruits and vegetables in Henderson County.

The vineyard’s ideal climate and soil produce some of the highest quality grapes in the region- and the same goes for our wine. Small-batch production ensures that the fermentation for each variety is specialized to produce the perfect blend. Bottling by hand guarantees that each bottle is held to our family’s standards. And our history and passion promise you a glass of wine that is unforgettable.

Oklawaha Brewing Company
Owner and head brewer Joe Dinan has been a craft beer lover for 3 decades, beginning when his father shared his love for traditional Belgian styles. Joe started home brewing way back in 2009 and loved it so much, he left his career in financial sector and dedicated his life to his passion. He was lucky enough to land a job at Goose Island in Chicago, bartending and interning in the brewhouse. After relocating to Asheville in 2011, Joe began beer tending and staff training at Thirsty Monk where he learned the finer points of beer style guidelines and craft beer trends.

Dry Falls Brewing Company
Dry Falls Brewing Co. started out as a dream between father and son while sitting in a brewery on family vacation. Romanticizing the idea while drinking a flight of twenty-four different brews, Jeff and Evan found their next father/son hobby. Jeff took to idea first brewing extract kit beers with a co-worker. After the first brew day, Jeff was hooked. He called his son and they talked at great length about starting to brew as a hobby. They dove into books on brewing and purchased homebrewing equipment. They decided to brew full grain, just like the pros!

Bold Rock Hard Cider
The Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia and North Carolina yield a bounty of some of the world’s best apples grown by family farmers around the region. These folks are our friends, they provide the fruit we need to make Bold Rock’s award winning craft cider.

We’re proud to say we’ve won more than 100 awards, and our cider can now be found throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. But all of this growth hasn’t sacrificed quality. Our dedicated cider makers crush and craft locally picked apples to create our variety of crisp and refreshing hard cider styles. That’s true of the two cideries we built and established at both ends of the Blue Ridge, including our flagship timber frame Cider Barn in Nellysford, Virginia, as well as our facility in the western North Carolina mountain town of Mills River. As more people continue to enjoy our freshly crafted cider, we are committed to preserving Bold Rock’s founding ideals: Real Apples. Real Craft. Real People.

Mills River Brewing Co.
Mills River Brewing Co. was founded in 2015 by Joey Soukup and PJ McCarthy with the mission of bringing great craft beer to their hometown of Mills River, NC. While the craft beer industry had already begun to thrive in Asheville there wasn’t much in the surrounding areas for the craft beer enthusiast, and thus MRB Co was formed.

The brewery started in a small strip mall location in Arden, NC where Joey brewed and PJ saw to the taproom and distribution. After a few years the Brewery was ready for expansion and found a beautiful piece of land in the town the company was named after and construction commenced on a new 8,600 sq ft brewing facility and taproom. Our fine brews are now being served at our new brewhouse and taproom.

Sierra Nevada Brewing Company
We shook things up in the ’80s, and it helped launch a beer revolution that’s in full force today. We keep pushing boundaries, whether that’s in the brewhouse, with sustainability, or in the great outdoors. Ken Grossman started Sierra Nevada with a hand-built brewhouse and the odds stacked against him. In 1980, that patchwork of pipes, pumps and tanks began making beers that forever changed the course of American craft brewing.

Burning Blush Brewery
Family owned and independently operated from the get-go, we have been hard at work over the past year building this brewery from the ground up - comically arguing and leaning on each other the whole way just as families should. Follow along with our progression as we begin to create a unique brewery that pays homage to the Victorian era for friends and family alike. It is our hope to set a gothic romantic atmosphere where beers and conversations can lead to binding relationships within the community to be shared for years to come.

Blue Ghost Brewing Company
Blue Ghost Brewing Company aims to make world-class beer while being a community center in Fletcher, promoting family, worthy causes, & our local natural wonders.
